Job Description:

Join a dedicated oncology unit at Metropolitan Methodist in San Antonio for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves providing support in a 12-hour night shift, working alongside a team of 2-3 RNs and 1 PCT per shift. You'll focus on medical/surgical and chemotherapy procedures, utilizing Meditech EMR, and ensuring patient safety in a unit that typically maintains patient ratios of 1:5 or 1:6. Expect to engage in unit-specific workflows and policies, including weekend and on-call rotations. Candidates with oncology and medical-surgical experience will find this assignment to be both engaging and rewarding.
