Job Description:

Join our team as a Travel RN specializing in MedSurg/Telemetry at a reputable teaching hospital in Macon, GA. This 13-week contract features 12-hour day shifts, giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a busy, team-oriented environment. You'll be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, managing drips like insulin and heparin, and performing patient assessments on various inpatient med-surg units. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, discharge planning, and patient education, all while navigating an electronic medical record system and utilizing advanced monitoring equipment. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs looking to apply their skills in a vibrant hospital setting with a level 1 trauma designation and comprehensive support staff—including phlebotomists, resource nurses, and RTs.
