Job Description:

Join our team as a Radiology MRI Technologist in Lakewood, Colorado, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour day shifts. This role offers the opportunity to perform general MRI scans, including stroke and trauma evaluations, utilizing GE 3T and 1.5T, and Siemens 1.5T equipment. You'll be responsible for approximately 10 scans per day, operating within an outpatient MRI department that features three scanners. The position requires at least two years of MRI experience, proficiency with EPIC and Fuji Synapse PACS systems, and certification in ARRT MRI and BLS. Expect to cover outpatient MRI procedures, start IVs, and work closely with a radiologist-led team. The facility emphasizes patient safety, efficiency, and adherence to department protocols. Travel and radiology-specific badges are provided, and orientation ensures readiness for a smooth start. Prepare for a role that combines technical expertise with patient-focused imaging—no patient care involved, just the art of capturing images that aid diagnoses.
