Job Description:

This SICU Registered Nurse role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a high-acuity ICU setting with a focus on post-operative care for complex surgical patients, including transplant recoveries and cardiac surgeries. The position involves 12-hour daytime shifts, providing a chance to immerse yourself in critical patient management, including caring for patients with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and those requiring continuous renal replacement therapy. Occasionally, you may be assigned to an "Emergency Team," which calls for adaptability and a steady presence during urgent situations. This assignment provides meaningful, hands-on experience in a specialized intensive care unit, making it ideal for nurses eager to advance their critical care expertise.
