Job Description:

Join our surgical services team as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in El Paso, TX, for an engaging 13-week contract working night shifts. This role offers an opportunity to scrub in operating rooms across multiple specialties, including neuro and ortho surgeries, and to gain valuable trauma experience in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You'll work 3 shifts of 12 hours each week, primarily 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of six days of on-call duties and at least three weekends per schedule. Candidates must be comfortable with cesarean sections and have at least three years of current surgical tech experience, including trauma cases. BLS certification and CST credentials are required. This assignment is not open to local candidates or those with pending state licenses, and RTO requests exceeding five days will not be accepted.
