Job Description:

Join an emergency room team as an ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Lubbock, Texas. This role involves floating between units in a busy Short Term Acute Care hospital, providing critical support during night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Expect to manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:3 while adhering to safety protocols such as ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment requiring quick thinking, flexibility, and a love for the adrenaline of emergency care. This assignment offers the chance to sharpen your skills across multiple units and experience the vibrant energy of a Level II Trauma Center, all while wearing navy scrubs and enjoying the camaraderie of a dedicated nursing team.
