Job Description:

Join a fast-paced MRI technologist role in Boston, MA, where you'll be vital in preparing and positioning patients for a variety of MRI scans. This 13-week contract requires working 12-hour rotating shifts with an uptime guarantee of 72 hours biweekly. You'll handle equipment setup, screen patients for implants, select and adjust pulse sequences, and ensure image quality before sending scans to PACS. The environment expects independence, so previous experience with GE and Siemens 1.5T and 3T scanners is essential. You'll also assist with patient communication, IV insertions, and record-keeping, gaining experience in a busy hospital setting with opportunities for teaching and ongoing education.
