Job Description:

Join a hospital setting in Apple Valley, CA, as an experienced Case Manager Registered Nurse for a 26-week contract. This role involves managing patient discharges and coordinating care plans, with a focus on acute care cases. You'll work scheduled 8-hour days from 08:00 to 16:30, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours. The assignment requires a seasoned traveler familiar with hospital environments, with at least 2 years of experience in acute care case management or discharge planning. You will be expected to navigate hospital ratios and work every other weekend to meet departmental needs. Licensing in California is mandatory, but pending licenses are accepted if obtained before your start date. This position doesn't allow for more than 7 days of RTO requests, ensuring continuity of care and team stability.
