Job Description:

Join a rewarding travel healthcare assignment as a Case Manager Registered Nurse in Rancho Mirage, California. This 13-week contract involves working four 10-hour days each week, primarily from 08:00 to 18:30, with the opportunity to work two weekend shifts every four weeks. You'll play a key role in evaluating hospital admissions, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and ensuring efficient resource utilization for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Strong Epic charting skills, acute care background, and at least two years of case management experience are essential. Your expertise in critical care and previous travel experience with minimal cancellations will help ensure seamless patient care and positive outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
