Job Description:

Join our team as an Oncology Registered Nurse for a 13-week contracted assignment in Springfield, IL. This role involves working three 12-hour day shifts (7:15 AM - 6:45 PM), providing specialized chemotherapy administration, port management, and infusion therapy. You'll handle an average daily census of 24 patients across 24 beds, focusing on delivering precise treatments and monitoring patient responses. Experience with chemotherapy protocols and IV therapy is required, with first-timers accepted who meet experience criteria. This position offers a chance to sharpen your oncology skills in a Magnet Level I trauma hospital environment, with work schedule flexibility concerning float and block scheduling options.
