Job Description:

Join this Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse contract in Winfield, KS, where you'll play an essential role in supporting high-risk pregnancies and childbirths in a Critical Access hospital setting. This 13-week assignment with night shifts (3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) offers an opportunity to jump into fast-paced deliveries, including vaginal births, C-sections, and neonatal care. Your responsibilities will include managing sterile speculum exams, EFM, reflex checks, and supporting pain management and postpartum recovery. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, current Kansas or compact license, and certifications in ACLS, BLS, & NRP. Experience with external fetal monitoring and surgical cases like cervical cerclage is preferred.
