Job Description:

Join a renowned Colorado Blood Cancer Institute as a Registered Nurse specializing in BMT Oncology. This 13-week travel assignment offers a chance to work in a dedicated HemOnc/BMT unit with approximately 80-100 beds, providing critical care for patients undergoing complex treatments like chemotherapy and stem cell transplants. Your day will involve administering chemotherapy, drawing central lines, and supporting a team of 37 staff members on the 7 AM to 5:30 PM shift. This role calls for an outgoing, personable nurse prepared to handle a patient ratio of approximately 1:6 in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes teamwork and compassion. The unit boasts the latest equipment and participates in pioneering clinical trials, making this assignment both an exciting and impactful experience.
