Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room RN in Rockford, Illinois, on a 13-week contract working 8-hour night shifts. This role offers an engaging environment where you'll scrub in on 25-45 cases daily across multiple specialties, including general, GYN, urology, plastics, robotics, neuro, ortho, spine, EENT, and cardiothoracic. You'll operate in a facility with 15 operating rooms, working alongside charge RNs and surgical techs to ensure smooth procedures. The assignment provides guaranteed hours during orientation, and the facility's policy allows for flexible call duties roughly once a week and every 3rd to 4th weekend. If you're a seasoned OR nurse with at least 3 years of scrub experience and current Illinois licensure, this could be your next exciting opportunity. Note that this role emphasizes scrub skills and collaboration with nursing and tech staff to facilitate efficient surgeries.
