Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract is for a Medical ICU in Lawrenceville, Georgia, requiring a skilled critical care nurse to work 12-hour night shifts. The position involves managing patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting, with responsibilities focused on providing expert support to critically ill patients, especially within a COVID ICU environment. The schedule is designed to challenge your clinical skills and adaptability, with a 36-hour weekly commitment over a 13-week period. The role’s unique aspect includes working in a specialized ICU that demands recent ICU experience, BLS, ACLS, and optionally NIHSS certification. You will also be expected to work two major holidays and one minor holiday, making this an opportunity to experience the holiday atmosphere in the local community while making a meaningful impact on patient lives.
