Job Description:

This Med Surg Float Team RN position places you in the heart of Green Bay, WI, working 8-hour evening shifts from 3 pm to 11:30 pm. Over 13 weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop adaptability by floating across multiple units such as observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care. This role challenges your bedside skills with venipuncture, port management, Foley/straight cath procedures, and stable drips. The shift involves a mix of charting and direct patient observation, offering a well-rounded hospital experience. Whether you're managing multiple patients or adjusting to various units, your resilience and time management will shine in this engaging assignment.
