Job Description:

Join the Med Surg Float Team at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay, WI, for a 13-week travel nursing opportunity focused on providing flexible and comprehensive inpatient care. This role requires floating across various units, including observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care, giving you exposure to a diverse range of patient conditions. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), with the possibility of floating within your skill set. You will experience a variety of patient needs, manage venipuncture, administer Cardizem, and work with ports, Foley/straight catheters, and stable drips. Expect to keep a steady rhythm, with ratios typically at 1:4 or 1:5 depending on the shift, and contribute to a team that values resilience and adaptability. This assignment is perfect for an experienced RN looking to expand their skill set while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
