Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Worcester, MA, for a 13-week travel assignment that offers a blend of challenge and opportunity. You'll work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing critical care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Your role will involve managing complex patient cases, responding swiftly to emergency situations, and collaborating with a dedicated care team. The unique aspect of this assignment is the focus on trauma and neuro patient populations, making your ICU expertise and quick decision-making skills essential. Previous ICU and trauma experience, along with EPIC, BLS, and ACLS certifications, will prepare you to excel. Successful completion of two pass/fail exams at orientation is required for participation, reinforcing the importance of preparation and professionalism in this role.
