Job Description:

Join a dedicated medical/surgical unit in Oklahoma City for a 13-week travel nursing assignment. This role involves providing skilled care to postoperative kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant patients, along with pre-transplant evaluation patients. During 12-hour night shifts, you'll be responsible for monitoring patient responses, administering medications—including IV infusions and blood products—and supporting the healthcare team with minor diagnostic procedures. The position offers a chance to work on a mixed surgical/transplant unit, gaining valuable experience in transplant care and acute patient management. Expect to collaborate closely with physicians and support staff, contribute to patient discharge planning, and ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical interventions.
