Job Description:

This LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse role offers an engaging opportunity to work with critically ill patients requiring vigilant monitoring and advanced interventions. The schedule involves 12-hour night shifts, providing a unique chance to experience the quieter, yet complex, nighttime ward environment. Your responsibilities will include utilizing the Nursing Process to deliver safe, evidence-based care, demonstrating leadership by guiding less experienced staff, and maintaining clinical expertise through ongoing education.
