Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) on an exciting 13-week contract in Urbana, Illinois. This role involves providing patient care during 12-hour night shifts, where you'll perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and document all nursing activities in the EMR system. You'll contribute to planning and updating individualized care plans based on ongoing evaluations, ensuring both patient safety and quality of care.
