Job Description:

Join a respected healthcare team on a 13-week travel contract at the ThedaCare Waupaca hospital in Wisconsin, working in a stepdown ICU setting. This role offers a chance to utilize your critical care skills in a higher-acuity environment that feels more like a well-supported med/surg unit, with a manageable patient load and a focus on patient stabilization rather than intensive invasive procedures. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with every other weekend off, providing a balanced work-life dynamic. Your responsibilities will include managing patients on drips and other critical interventions, while charting efficiently in EPIC within the past year.
