Job Description:

Join us for a challenging and rewarding travel healthcare contract as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department of a bustling Level 2 trauma center. This role offers a chance to experience the adrenaline rush of managing up to 180 patients daily, from neonates to geriatrics, including critical trauma cases such as gunshot wounds, MVCs, and strokes. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with a 33-bed main ED, 8 trauma/resuscitation beds, and dedicated behavioral health pods. This assignment is ideal for experienced ED nurses comfortable with high acuity and complex patient triage, offering opportunities to utilize advanced certifications like ACLS, TNCC, PALS, and NIHSS. Expect to be part of a team that handles an intense trauma workflow during summer months and provides comprehensive stroke and pediatric intensive care. Your days will be filled with prioritizing care, utilizing your critical thinking skills, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless patient flow in a facility that values skill and professionalism.
