Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel contract in Little Rock, Arkansas, working in a vibrant medical-surgical unit. This role offers a chance to experience a variety of surgical cases including colorectal, hepatobiliary, bariatric, and general surgeries, along with medical conditions like diabetes, heart disease, COPD, kidney, and GI issues. You'll be working 12-hour days, providing essential nursing support in a team that values collaboration and patient-focused care. The unit operates with a staff-to-patient ratio of 1:6, and you’ll be supported with a charge nurse on each shift and additional patient care techs. This assignment is perfect for RNs with current medical-surgical experience who enjoy fast-paced environments and a patchwork of cases that keep every day interesting. Transitioning to EPIC EMR in the near future adds a modern touch to this engaging role.
