Job Description:

Join a vibrant ICU team in Yakima for a 17-week travel contract that offers both challenging and rewarding experiences. As a registered nurse with at least two years of ICU experience, you'll be entrusted with caring for adult patients with complex conditions such as CHF, respiratory distress, and post-cath recovery. The role involves managing patients on ventilators, chest tubes, wound vacs, and monitoring femoral arterial sheaths—some of which you might see but not pull. You'll also handle drips like amiodarone, heparin, and more, in a setting that balances ICU and Telemetry patients. This assignment is perfect for seasoned travelers confident in their skills and capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment, all within a supportive community hospital setting.
