Job Description:

Join us for a 14-week night contract in Louisville, Kentucky, where you'll be stepping into the heart of patient care, supporting a team focused on delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing practices. This role challenges you to apply your expertise in assessment, planning, and evaluating patient needs, all while supervising staff and fostering a team-oriented environment. Night shifts run from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am, with every other weekend off—perfect for maintaining work-life balance. You'll be leveraging your skills in Epic and advocating for patient and family satisfaction in a setting that values continuous learning and quality improvement.
