Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a surgical unit, primarily focused on surgical cases with some medical cases due to bed availability. As a nurse on the night shift, you'll be part of a team that manages 35 private patient rooms with two nursing stations. The role involves overseeing patient care during 12-hour night shifts, with a typical team ratio of 1:5-6, including a shift supervisor and patient care techs. The schedule allows every other weekend off, and managers are open to discussing holiday requests. Expect to experience the unique rhythm of surgical nights, contributing your skills to a focused, specialized environment that blends surgical procedures with medical patient needs.
