Job Description:

Join our esteemed surgical unit in Tuscaloosa for a 15-week travel nursing assignment that offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team providing exceptional postoperative care. This role is perfect for a registered nurse with at least 18 months of recent experience in a surgical setting, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating closely with physicians and hospital staff. As a vital part of our 32-bed surgical unit, you'll be responsible for managing patient recovery, pain control, mobility, and bedside procedures—all while ensuring each patient feels comfortable and cared for. The shift is 12 hours during the day, with every other weekend off, giving you time to explore and enjoy the local scene. Floating to other units and hospitals is required, offering variety and a chance to broaden your skills while working across different teams and settings.
