Job Description:

Join a fast-paced, high acuity Labor and Delivery unit in Seattle as a Registered Nurse on a 26-week contract. In this role, you'll thrive in a busy environment supporting midwifery clients, private OBs, and community care clinics, with opportunities to work in postpartum, antepartum, and even assist during deliveries. Your responsibilities will include circulating and newborn care, performing assessments, and administering medications such as heparin, insulin, and magnesium sulfate. Expect to stay focused and engaged as you provide essential care during an average of 15 deliveries per day, working every other weekend and holidays as needed. A passion for high-risk obstetrics, combined with 3+ years of relevant experience, is required to excel here.
