Job Description:

Join this dynamic hematology laboratory as a Medical Laboratory Technician, working overnight in a specialized setting that demands precision and steady hands. In this role, you'll perform analyses on blood, tissue, and body fluids, assisting healthcare providers by providing accurate and timely test results. Your work will include operating and maintaining sophisticated analyzers, troubleshooting assays, evaluating test accuracy, and supporting operational activities to ensure testing efficiency. Expect to work with multiple computer systems to report findings, and you may be asked to assist with specimen collection when needed. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to be part of a critical diagnostic team, with minimal supervision required and a focus on safety protocols when handling infectious specimens and chemicals.

Job Specifics:

Location: Rochester, Minnesota
Shift: 8-hour nights, Wednesday through Sunday, 10:30pm-7:00am
