Job Description:

In this assignment, you'll care for a diverse patient population across a 28-bed mixed ICU setting, managing up to three critically ill patients with ventilators, telemetry, and complex hemodynamics. Expect to work three 12-hour night shifts weekly, including every other weekend and rotating holidays, offering a rhythm that's both challenging and rewarding. The hospital utilizes Meditech documentation, and you'll be part of a team that values bedside shift reports and flexibility to float within the unit and to the emergency department as needed. This role is ideal for experienced ICU nurses eager to refine skills in neuro, CVICU, and post-op cardiac care, with training opportunities available in specialized procedures such as CRRT and induced hypothermia.
