Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel nursing assignment at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts in an inpatient rehabilitation setting that closely mirrors a medical-surgical unit, often handling high-acuity cases referred from the Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or similar environments, with a strong preference for med-surg or inpatient rehab backgrounds. Your work will focus on supporting adult patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions. This position offers an engaging opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working with specialized equipment such as ceiling lifts, Sara Stedy, and advanced vital sign machines. Expect to jump into the action, assist with patient needs, and collaborate with a highly skilled team to help patients regain independence and return home.
