Job Description:

Join us on a 20-week travel assignment in Minneapolis as an RRT - ECMO Specialist, working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. This role is a fantastic opportunity for experienced respiratory therapists with at least 2 years of RRT work and 1 year of ECMO expertise to step into a challenging yet rewarding environment. While the nights may be quiet, you’ll be at the forefront of managing critically ill adult patients requiring advanced airway management, ventilator support, and ECMO therapy. Every shift offers the chance to apply your specialized skills in a top-tier, adult critical care setting, with occasional daytime coverage to keep your skills sharp and your experience diverse. The unique setting combines high-acuity care with the chance to work in a well-respected, Magnet-recognized hospital, making this an assignment that truly stands out.
