Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract in Lynchburg, Virginia, as a Clinical Observation Unit Med/Surg RN. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts, with a focus on clinical observation and patient monitoring in a fast-paced hospital setting. You’ll take on charge responsibilities, work with a patient ratio of 1:5 or 1:6, and have the opportunity to contribute to a supportive team environment alongside nursing students and new hires. The assignment offers up to 20 weeks of coverage during the holiday season, requiring work during at least one major holiday. Prior travel experience is essential, and the position offers a competitive gross weekly pay, emphasizing a rewarding and engaging nursing experience.
