Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Emergency Department as an RN Trauma Nurse on a 26-week travel contract. This role offers an opportunity to work in a busy hospital environment with a wide variety of patient cases, from newborns to the critically ill. You will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care, managing complex drips like vasopressors and cardiac meds, and collaborating closely with attending physicians, trauma teams, and ED techs. The shift is a 12-hour mids schedule, giving you a chance to experience the unpredictable, adrenaline-filled world of trauma nursing in Illinois. This assignment will challenge your skills and expand your expertise in emergency care while offering an engaging work experience.
