Job Description:

Join the team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in a prestigious Level I Trauma Center equipped with 1,266 beds. This 12-week contract offers a rare opportunity to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), providing hands-on experience managing patients with diverse medical conditions including diabetes, renal issues, COPD, and cancer not currently receiving chemotherapy. The role involves interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, requiring certification in BCLS and ACLS, and passing the Relias EKG exam. You'll work within a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, with the flexibility to sign up for 36 or 48 hours per week, and will float within scope to meet patient needs.
