Job Description:

This vascular technologist position offers the chance to work in a busy interventional radiology and vascular lab setting. You will be responsible for preparing procedure suites, calibrating imaging devices, assisting physicians during complex vascular and neuro procedures, and ensuring radiation safety protocols are followed. The role involves hands-on scrub assistance with device exchanges, guidewire manipulations, and deploying stents and balloons. With at least two years of IR experience, you'll support a variety of cases such as port placements, liver biopsies, AAA repairs, and neuro interventions like coiling and thrombectomy. Expect variable shifts of 10 hours per day, four days a week, including weeknight and weekend call. This assignment is unique for its wide case diversity and the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team at a facility equipped with seven procedure rooms and advanced imaging systems like Merge and Cerner.

Shift: 40 hours per week, variable 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, with on-call rotation
