Job Description:

This role is tailored for experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurses ready to work a challenging and rewarding night shift. You will be responsible for managing complex cases such as traumatic brain injuries, spine injuries, and post-surgical patients, utilizing skills like heparin drips, PCA, wound care, and IV management. The assignment requires a proactive RN licensed provider comfortable with a 12-hour night schedule, floating within similar units, and adhering to strict protocol standards. This is an opportunity to apply specialized skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on critical care procedures, documentation via EPIC, and adherence to safety protocols. The role emphasizes autonomous patient management with minimal RTO restrictions, making it ideal for seasoned professionals seeking a short-term, impactful experience.
