Job Description:

Join us as an IMC Registered Nurse in a cardiology-focused step-down unit specializing in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgery patients. This 12-week contract offers the chance to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) in a 16-bed unit with a patient ratio of 4:1. Your expertise in managing post-op CABG, thoracotomy, or cath lab patients will be crucial in providing excellent care to various cardiac and medical-surgical patients. This assignment is particularly unique as you'll have the opportunity to float within your scope to sister facilities as needed, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience. A current BLS, ACLS, EKG certification, and NIHSS are required, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Be prepared to work a total of 36 hours per week, with shifts totaling 12 hours over 12 weeks.
