Job Description:

Join the emergency services team at a vibrant medical center in Round Rock, TX, for a 13-week travel contract that adds a splash of adventure to your nursing career. This role is perfect for experienced emergency room nurses who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy multitasking. You'll work a 12-hour shift from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM, providing critical support during busy hours. The unit boasts 48 private rooms, a mix of hallway stretchers, and specialized equipment, making it an engaging environment for trauma and cardiac emergencies. Expect to perform procedures like splinting, EKGs, trauma assists, airway support, and resuscitation, all while collaborating with a dedicated team of staff using the MEDITECH EMR system. If you hold TNCC and ENPC certifications, your expertise will shine, especially if you bring additional skills like Meditech experience, trauma background, or inpatient care.
