Job Description:

Join this fast-paced surgical unit in Seattle as an Operating Room Technologist specializing in ENT, Uro, Gyn, and Orthopedic cases. You'll scrub for complex procedures such as sinus surgeries, cochlear implants, joint replacements, and robot-assisted surgeries with the Da Vinci Xi system. This role offers variable shifts averaging 40 hours per week, providing the flexibility to work morning or late-start shifts. Your expertise in scrubbing for high-acuity cases, including neuro, vascular, and transplant surgeries, will be essential. Bring your experience in ENT procedures and Da Vinci Xi surgeries—this assignment promises a hands-on experience with large and intricate cases that challenge your skills and grow your expertise.

Job Specifics:

Location: Seattle, WA
Shift: 40-hour week, variable shifts (morning or late start) with scheduled days Monday to Friday
Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, approximately 16 total service lines including ENT, Uro, Gyn, Vascular, Orthopedic, Neuro, and more. No weekend floating, but rotation includes one weeknight or weekend call in a four-week schedule. Call response time: within 30 minutes. Scrub attire is provided with a teal color requirement. Orientation will include two days of surgical tech scavenger hunts with hospital leadership.
