Job Description:

Join a reputable trauma 1 teaching hospital as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting in various surgical procedures across nine operating rooms, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Your days will feature 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. Expect to participate in on-call duties, including two night calls and three weekend calls per month, during which you'll be on standby between 11 PM and 7 AM for night calls, or during specific hours on weekends. Parking details are available, and easy access by public transportation via Metro and bus routes makes commuting straightforward. This assignment offers a dynamic environment where your expertise supports surgical teams in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
