Job Description:

Join a busy stepdown unit in Grand Island, NE, for a 15-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. As a registered nurse, you'll be responsible for managing patients from young adults to geriatrics with complex medical conditions such as sepsis, CHF, stroke, and respiratory failure. Your duties will include titrating drips like Heparin and Insulin, conducting bedside reports, and participating in a fast-paced patient flow that involves admission and discharge within short time frames. This role offers an engaging environment where teamwork and positive patient interactions are essential. Expect a mix of direct patient care, medication administration, and interpretation of telemetry strips, all within a structured yet dynamic setting.
