Job Description:

This 13-week travel nursing assignment places you on a 12-hour rotating shift within a 32-bed inpatient Medical-Surgical unit in Fargo, ND. You'll work in a bustling hospital setting, floating across all Medical-Surgical units on three campuses, handling adult medical/surgical cases with some behavioral admits. Your day-to-day tasks involve collaborating closely with physicians and the healthcare team to implement and evaluate patient care plans, utilizing Epic EMR, telemetry, and various monitoring equipment. Experience in a large hospital and trauma-level care will help you excel in this fast-paced environment. The schedule may rotate every few weeks between days and nights, with guaranteed days off as per your contract, and some flexibility for trading shifts. Expect a comprehensive experience managing diverse patient needs in a private room setting, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
