Job Description:

This intensive inpatient respiratory therapist position offers the opportunity to work in a busy adult ICU, PICU, and NICU level III setting. The role requires flexibility to handle weekend shifts and work two out of four major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day. You will be responsible for managing ventilator support, conducting airway assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The assignment is structured over 16 to 26 weeks, with 12-hour day shifts, giving you a chance to settle into a predictable routine while experiencing a vibrant hospital environment that values innovation and teamwork. Prior teaching hospital experience and recent Epic EMR familiarity are essential for success in this role.
