Job Description:

This 13-week contract for a registered nurse in the medical-surgical telemetry unit offers a unique opportunity to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) across various specialized floors, including post-op open heart, dialysis, and stroke care. You will be responsible for managing adult patients, including those recovering from cardiovascular surgeries, rehabilitation, and possible COVID-19 cases. The role involves floating among floors, adapting to different clinical settings, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team. The assignment is designed for experienced nurses with a minimum of two years in similar settings, ready to handle a diverse patient population and work scheduled weekends. The holiday requirement entails working two of three major holidays, offering a chance to experience local festivities and community events.
