Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Respiratory Therapists in Fargo, North Dakota, for a 13-week travel contract that offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a busy facility with over 394 beds. This role involves assessing, managing, and educating patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, using advanced equipment like ventilators, blood gas analyzers, and airway management tools. You'll work primarily on rotating shifts—every other weekend and holidays—that include 8- and 12-hour schedules, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts or float to different campuses within the city. Expect to collaborate closely with a team of RTs, supporting patients in a fast-paced environment that values adaptability and team spirit. This assignment is perfect for experienced RTs with at least 2 years of recent ICU or trauma experience who thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy applying their expertise to complex cases.
