Job Description:

Join the emergency department team at Aspirus St. Luke's in Duluth, MN, for a 13-week contract as an ER RN. This position involves working 12-hour night shifts, with a schedule that includes every other weekend and holidays as needed. You’ll be providing care in a Level 2 Trauma, Stroke, and STEMI center that sees approximately 75 patients daily. Your responsibilities will focus on managing adult and pediatric trauma cases, with an emphasis on efficient charting using Epic and quick response to critical situations. This setting demands resilience, adaptability, and a hands-on approach, as you handle a patient ratio typically around 4:1, and your expertise will ensure quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
