Job Description:

This CVOR RN contract offers an engaging opportunity at a 1000+ bed hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. You will be working in a high-volume Level 1 trauma center focusing on complex cardiac surgeries such as CABG, valve procedures, heart transplants, ECMO, VAD, and adult congenital cases. The role involves scrub and circulate responsibilities in a 56-bed OR setting, with a 12-hour day shift schedule Monday through Friday. Call is required, with a three-layer call system covering 24/7 needs, adding a layer of rhythm to your workweek. This 26-week assignment demands prior travel experience and at least two years of CVOR OR expertise. The hospital values your ability to adapt, float between OR locations, and manage a demanding cardiac surgery caseload, with limited time off expected during the assignment.
