Job Description:

This 13-week travel nursing opportunity places you in a bustling California hospital, working the night shift with 12-hour shifts. You will be the primary nurse, independently managing the care of acutely ill patients as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Your role involves assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and promptly responding to rapid changes in patient status. You will coordinate with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and other team members to ensure safe, effective, evidence-based care while creating a compassionate environment that supports healing and trust.
