Job Description:

Join a specialized MS Stroke Stepdown unit for a 13-week travel contract in Utica, NY. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing vital support to adults with conditions such as stroke, altered mental status, renal issues, COPD, CHF, and pneumonia. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced equipment like IV pumps and feeding tubes, all within a 64-bed unit. The assignment is an excellent opportunity to hone your skills in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a work schedule that involves floating across related units. You'll need to bring your AHA BLS, NIHSS certification, and active NY RN license, along with a current Nursys report and documentation of recent travel experience. Travel experience is required, and local candidates are welcome. Prepare for a rewarding assignment where your expertise makes a difference.
